RETURNS: We will gladly issue a full refund, exchange or store credit for merchandise you are unhappy with. Money will be refunded in the same form as which it was received.   Personal hygiene items are non-returnable and non-refundable (soaps, oils, bubble bath, creams, massage oils, bath drops, diaper area cleansers and creams, sun block, preggy pops, pre-seed, HPTs, OPKs etc.). We will not accept returns with stains, cuts, tears or any other damage done while in the buyer's possession. Any item bought on sale is final and we will not accept merchandise returns.  All prices at the time of purchase are final (i.e. if an item goes on sale anytime after your purchase we will not refund the difference.)  Refunds will not be made until the merchandise is received on our end.  We cannot be responsible if you return a package and it does not arrive, please be sure to use delivery confirmation if you need verification.

If you receive an incorrect product, please notify us immediately so that we may remedy the situation.  We ask that you kindly reseal the box and mark it "return to sender".  The post office will return the order and you will not be charged any shipping.

We do not accept returns for any reason 20 days after the purchase date.

 Before returning your product you must email us to obtain a return number.  Buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returned merchandise.  Please include a copy of the invoice that was sent with your purchase along with a note on why the item is being returned. 

TAX:  All Maryland residents will be charged 5% state tax upon check out.

SHIPPING:  All purchases are shipped within 1-3 business days via the United States Post Office by Priority ground for customers in the United States.  We do include a delivery confirmation number with all packages  This is not a tracking number and should be emailed to you by PayPal Insurance is at the buyer's discretion and we cannot guarantee packages that you do not insure.  If you would like to insure your purchase simply add it on upon check out (you will see the pull down box asking you if you would like insurance coverage).  If you cannot find the insurance option or would like to add it on after your purchase has been completed simply contact us and we will be more than happy to attach insurance to your postage and invoice you. Canadian buyers MUST SELECT AIRMAIL upon check out.

Should you require faster delivery we are happy to accommodate you.  There will be a surcharge of $10.00 for all rush shipments which will come in a separate invoice.

Packages that are unable to be delivered by the Post Office do get returned to us, although it may take weeks.  If you provide an incorrect address, an address that you did not forward ect, we will reship the product once it has been returned via the post office.  We will not cover the cost of reshipping and you will be invoiced the actual postage amount (ie, if the actual postage is $5.20, you will be responsible for the full amount).  Payment must be made before we will reship.  If you would rather not have the item reshipped, we will be happy to refund you the cost of the product (initial shipping costs will not be refunded) once we receive it from the post office.

CANADIAN BUYERS: At this time, we are temporarily not shipping anywhere outside the United States.

PAYMENT:  We now take credit card payments through PayPal's secure transaction website via our shopping cart.  You do not have to be a PayPal member to pay by credit card and no registration is required.  We also take money orders via snail mail.  Packages are shipped once payment has cleared.  If you would like to pay by money order simply email us your purchase and we will invoice you with shipping and taxes.

BOOK STORE: Our books are sold by a third party and is NOT part of our check out/shopping cart system.  We are not responsible for any problems with shipping, payment, returns, items out of stock, customer service or any other issue that may arise.  If you have any problems please contact Amazon.com.  MyLittleBean will not be issue refunds or product exchanges for books or any other product bought through Amazon.com or their third party vendors.
