MyLittleBean.com Terms Of Service (TOS)

1) MyLittleBean.com (aka "MLB") has an absolutely zero tolerance stance on flame wars and negativity. If you have nothing positive to contribute, do not contribute anything. We ask that you think before you speak. Remember, we all come from different backgrounds and places. We ALL have something good to contribute and we can all learn from each other. All flame wars/arguments/troll/anonymous/goodbye posts will be moved to the staff forum immediately.

2) Solicitations to other commercial sites or addressing other members of other boards in a negative way are also violations of the Terms of Service. Please do not solicit other discussion boards in chat or on the forums.

3) SPAM/Trolling/Advertising in PMs and Posts: Any spam (the owner of mylittlebean.com will decide what constitutes spam at her discretion) posted in forums, chat or through the private message and email system will be assessed an advertisement fee. Posts will be charged $100 and billed via invoice and payment will be due within 7 days. PMs will be assessed at $15 per PM sent and an invoice from PayPal will be sent and payment will be due within 7 days. This includes posts with references such as the following:

“Hi! I’m new! I’m trying to find a site where I can get logos on T-Shirts. So far I really like www.logomakerr.com. Hope to get to know you all better!”

“This site is great! I also post at www.momslovingmomsscom. We love having new members there!”

“Free $500 worth of baby supplies shopping spree!” (unless posted in the Bargain Beans forum as per those guidelines)

4) Recruiting our members for other message boards through PMs, E-mails and posts will not be tolerated and will be subject to the above monetary assessment.

5) Our member database and member list is not to be used in any way for harvesting emails, personal information or to gather members for any purpose such as commercial sites, message boards or sales.

6) Signatures:
Registered Members: Total graphic bandwidth cannot exceed 75k. (right click each graphic, click ‘properties’ to see the size.

Supporters/Lifetimes Supporters: Siggies cannot exceed 350k (another reason to upgrade!)

General Signature Guidelines:
No links to other sites/message boards (links will be removed immediately by a staff member without warning)
Avatars cannot be over 50k and 75 x 75 pixels
No graphics where the physical size disrupts the board template

Graphic violations will be addressed by a staff member via PM. Staff reserves the right to edit and remove any signature violation with or without warning.

Before you list links to your ebay auctions or website in your siggy, you must ask a mod or admin and be given permission. If you have a site that you want to advertise, we offer reasonable advertising rates. If you posts a link to site you have with the purpose of earning money, we will remove the link without notice.

7) CHAT RULES: No foul language and please respect others. If you cannot abide by this you will be booted from the chat room and will be sent a formal warning.

8) No one under the age of 18 may post in the Trying To Conceive forum.

9) In an effort to keep the forums at mylittlebean.com running smoothly, the moderators and administrators have the unlimited right to move posts, temporarily or permanently ban members, edit signatures and posts or any other action they see fit.

10) Please refrain from using vulgar or offensive language on this site.

11) All donation drives and solicitations must be approved by the owner first.

12) Members are allowed ONE screen name. Creating multiple screen names without permission will result in a permanent ban. We reserve the right to track, resolve and block IPs and screen names as we see fit and will update the software continuously to keep current with any modifications that will help us do so.

13) Banning: We take bannings very seriously. If you have been banned you are no longer welcomed in any capacity at www.mylittlebean.com or any of its extensions (ie www.mylittlebean.com/forums). If you have been banned and continue to access this domain via IP proxies, multiple screen names ect, mylittlebean.com reserves the right to contact your service provider and report your IP/IPs under their “abuse” policy. Continued access will be viewed as trespassing and in some cases harassment. If you feel you have been banned in error you may contact an administrator at help@mylittlebean.com. If there is an error or a situation that can be addressed, you will be responded to, lack of response constitutes the banning is a final decision.

14) We do not remove memberships by request for any reason, ever. You are responsible for anything you post on MyLittleBean.com.

15) Trademarks and Copyright: MyLittleBean.com and other graphics, logos, and service names used on this web site by mylittlebean.com are the trademarks of mylittlebean.com. MyLittleBean.com trademarks may not be used in connection with any third-party products or services or in any manner that disparages or discredits mylittlebean.com.. All other brands and names (including third-party product names) are the property of their respective owners. All material on this server and this internet site is protected by U.S. and international copyrights. By submitting any materials to mylittlebean.com you automatically grant, or warrant that the owner of such materials has expressly granted, mylittlebean.com the royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, non-exclusive and fully sublicensable right and license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, perform and display such any materials (in whole or part) worldwide and/or to incorporate it in other works in any form, media, or technology now known or later developed.
