Low BBT????
Could someone take a look at my last month's chart? I just noticed now how low my BBT is. Pre O it was never above 97 and got as low as 96.6 and Post O I never exceeded 98. Those couple of days I was ay 98 or close I had some crazy disturbances. DO you think this is something I should be concerned with? I did have my thyroid checked in 2006 and it was fine. I have read low bbt can sometimes be a sign of that. Any other ideas????

what time do you chart? The earlier in the morning, the lower it will be. I used to temp at 5:30 or so when DH would get up for work. My BBT was around 97. Now I temp closer to 7:30 and range between 98.2 and 99.2 so that may affect things. Also is the window open, air conditioning on, how many blankets do you sleep with, how warm are your pajamas... all of those things affect your waking temperature.
If you still think its oddly low, the room could be cold, making the thermometer cold and creating a cool spot under your tongue (or where ever you are temping). I let it run once on the left side under my tongue to warm up and then re-temp under the right side. I record the second temp, gives me a little more accuracy.

That looks very familiar - mine was always really low like that. I have no idea if that's good, bad or neither. Sorry!

Mine is always very low, too
 I have never had a pre O temp above 97, I think  I think some people just have lower temps. Do you leave your air on at night, or a window open?
