WOW that is jumpy looking. Sometimes sleeping with your mouth open can affect your temps but it shouldn't do it to that degree that is a little crazy. :shrugs:

I love that there is someone out there who thinks waking up at 5 am to take your temperature every morning is just a part of normal life. Your charts do look jumpy, but there is an overall upward shift it seems and most of the jumps look like they are right at the beginning and end.
Some things to consider... does DH sleep near you? I have to make sure I temp before DH wants to cuddle, the man is a human furnace and often makes my body temp rise a bit if he holds me close. How cold is the room? Sometimes my thermometer will be a bit cold and create a cold spot in my mouth giving me falsely low numbers. Solutions are to hold the tip of the thermometer between your fingers for a few seconds to warm it up slightly. I just temp on each side of my tongue. Once to warm it up on one side, then under the other side for my recorded temperatures. It gives my charts better looking consistency. Do you vary your pajamas? I have a nightgown and pajama pants with a t-shirt. The night gown is less warm so I have lower temps, the pants and t-shirt tends to give me higher readings. if I switch between them every couple of nights, the chart gets jumpy. If none of those apply, then sorry for the long response. My observations are based on 29 cycles of my own charts, just over 2 years, so not so long, but not really short either. I hope you figure something out and best of luck!

Yes, I temp while still in bed. Yes, DH cuddles while we sleep.
Kathleen, thank you for your suggestions! I do switch pajamas between pants and t-shirts and long shirts. I never thought about that, or the temperature of the room. I will take these into consideration.
