Heres a thought...
O.K I was watching Martha S. today and she was talking about how to save water and hazards in our water supply now I'm sure you all have heard the reports lately about our water we drink having all kinds of medications in it from were we throw away our old pills down the toilet ( like we have been told to do .) and when we urinate the medicine flushes out and into the toilet. Now here is were a little light bulb went off in my head  they started listing certain medicines they have found the most of in the water and one of them was Birth Control Pills. Could this be why a certain % of women have unexplained infertility problems were getting birth control in our WATER!  I wonder if these people are putting two and two together. Just a thought.....

I would think the BGH (bovine growth hormones), rBGH, and other growth hormones givento other animals that we consume, would contribute to all of our issues more so than minute amounts of bcps in the water supply, though that shouldn't be in there either.

I would love to buy organic but all that stuff is twice the price and who can afford it now a days. I get free veggies in the summer time from our neighbor so that helps but I would love to learn how to can food so we can have them in the winter also.

seriously, though, it just boggles my MIND to think that people even throw their unused meds down the toilet to get rid of them!!

"Hey I should learn to do that I might use it when I'm older" It would be nice if some womans group or club taught how to can. I think its a lost skill people should know how to do.
