Gnu Foods 12g Fiber Bar
Just tried the Cinnamon Raisin.
In a word.... AWESOME!!! Really! It is delicious! I bought these to go in my "High-Fiber" Mommy Basket for the hospital since I had soooo many bathroom issues after my last c-section. These have 12 g. of fiber--50% of the daily requirement. What I really love about them is they have no corn syrup, no artificial anything, and the ingredients list ain't long and chemical-sounding. In fact, here's the ingredients: Organic whole wheat flour, oats, wheat bran, psyllium, flax, millet, soy flour, fruit juice, natural grain dextrins (a starch), raisins, canola oil, plums, apples, rice, vanilla, cinnamon, aluminum-free baking powder. I know, it is hard to believe
 I mean, I have had some scary stuff where I was like WTF is this? Grass clippings? Hay with dried blueberries? YUCK! I also bought the Orange Cranberry and the Chocolate Brownie. Usually anything high fiber and chocolate tastes like poop so we'll see!! But the cinnamon raisin rocks!!

Okay, well, I'm choking down the Chocolate Brownie. ICK.
 BUT--I did have the Orange Cranberry yesterday and it was really good. Nothing is as good as the cinnamon raisin though! They ARE working though...I am a LOT more regular this week!! LOL!!

Gritty....no, I wouldn't say gritty. Textured, but not bad like some I've had. It's like a chewy, more natural granola bar. That's the only way I can describe it.
