For my babysitters mom
I don't know too much about what's going on, because I know S doesn't like to talk about it too much. Her mom has been battling cancer for a few years now (before I ever knew S). They kept removing parts of her lung trying to get it all. A couple months ago, they removed the rest of the lung to be sure they got it all. Shortly after that her mom developed an infection and had to be hospitalized again. She’s having a really hard time fighting it since her body has been through so much. The Drs. aren't very optimistic, and pretty much told her to get her affairs in order. My babysitter is only 23, I couldn’t imaging losing my mom when I was that age.

I couldn't imagine losing my mom at any age.
