I saw that. When even TMZ is saying you're out of line, you know you've crossed the line. People are just ruthless.
I have to admit, though, it was pretty boneheaded to think that you could go to a Walmart to print pictures of your celebrity wife, breastfeeding or not, and not have something like this happen. Not making excuses at ALL for the people doing it--it's disgusting and they obviously have no life-- but you have to try to take at least some steps to safeguard your family when they're that much in the spotlight.

I don't there this is "ok" in any sense, nor do I feel making excuses because they're celebrities is OK. Maybe he didn't realize their were pictures of his wife breastfeeding on the film. Or...maybe this person has been doing this with other breastfeeding mom's pictures and it just came to light now because Spears is a celeb.
I think having pictures to commemorate and remember your breastfeeding experience is wonderful. I myself have breastfeeding pictures and it's sad and scary to know that people that might see those pics if I chose to development them, that are suppose to be bound by morals and laws, aren't. I would feel very hurt and violated if pictures of me [period] were used in ways that I didn't approve of or give permission for, but especially breastfeeding pictures because it's such a sweet and special time for mommy and baby. This person had no right and deserves to be punished to the full extent of the law.

Oh, I don't think the fact that they were a celebrity gives the person any right. I totally agree that the person had no right and should be punished as harshly as possible...I hope they slap him with the federal child pornography charges if they can.
I'm just saying that, whether he knew the breastfeeding pictures were on there or not, he knew his wife and her sister are both VERY sought after targets by crappy people looking for a pic and he could have found some place slightly more guarded and secure than the Walmart photo center. I'm not saying it's his fault that this happened--that's purely the sicko who steals other people's personal pictures to sell--I'm just saying there are common sense precautions that could have been taken, given his family's situation. It may not have prevented it, but the steps would have been taken to at least make it harder. He shouldn't HAVE to think of things like that, but that's the reality of their situation.

Yeah, I read that the biggest thing that is going to nail whoever sold them is that she's a minor. Seriously, how SICK is that that someone would snag her BF photos and then try to sell them so people can see a 17 year olds boob.
But, I have to agree, what kind of a bonehead takes those kind of pics to be developed at a Wal*Mart of a celebrity. DUH  I'm sure Wal*Mart will get sued over this, which they SHOULD, and hopefully whoever has the pics or sends them around will pay big time.
