Dressing twins...
Most of the time my girls wear the same outfits. Since they are fraternal, I tried to get away from that, wanting a least different colors. Most of their clothes have been purchased by family as gifts & they are usually given the same thing for both. Now that they are older, both girls will actually look to see if what they are wearing is the same as what their sister has on. My question if you have twins of the same sex, do you dress them alike?

I've always thought it was so cute to see twins dressed the same.
 Or the same outfit but pink for one, green for the other KWIM?

I have 4 year old nieces, Madison & Reagan. They are fraternal twins. They almost always wear the same outfit, but in different colors, like the exact same dress, but one pink & one yellow, etc. They also have different hairstyles now that they are a little older.
If I had twins I think I would do the same thing with the different colors or get outfits from Gymboree that are from the same line so they would still match.

Well, mine are b/g so they can't wear the same thing, but I do tend to dress them in matchy clothes sometimes!

Same here, b/g twins. I don't dress them alike, but sometimes I do dress them similar, such as both in overalls, or both with the same color shirt.

Hi! My fraternal twins are sometimes dressed alike (b/c of gifts people have given us mainly). This is mainly at church or something, but for the most part, if we're going out somewhere I tend to dress them similar like has previously been posted here, but in different colors, coordinating, etc. At the babysitter's though, I never dress them alike. They don't look alike to us, but I worry she could mix them up. LOL!

When my younger brothers were little (identical twins) they always wore the same outfit, in different colors. One was always the red twin, and the other was always the blue twin.
It was the only way anyone other than me and my parents could tell them apart!

I think it is cute when twins, fraternal or identical, dress similar in some ways. In Jordan's preschool class there is a set of identical twins. They are so cute. Thier Mom always dresses them alike except wiht one different touch. For instance, one day the mom will put one girl in pig tails the other wont have them. Another day the tights might be different. It is so cute.

I dress them alike for photos and such, and will on occassion, but am starting to do a lot of similar different color outfits.

I dressed them coordinating a lot when they were younger, but it is not as easy to find stuff that coordinates really well for boys and girls as they get older. I tend to dress Olivia similar to her older sis now anyway. She likes that better.
