This is my favorite recipe from Weight Watcher's. I don't remember the point values, but I believe it's 5 per serving. This recipe serves 2.
It's great for leftover turkey that you've already cooked.
- 2 tbs fat free mayo
- 2 tbs 30%-less-fat sour cream (I can never find this, so I use fat free)
- 2 tsp chopped fresh dill
- 1 tsp cider vinegar (I substitute apple cider vinegar to help blend the apple flavor)
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 6 ounces sliced roasted turkey breast (chopped)
- 1/2 cup sliced celery
- 1/3 cup halved red delicious apples (I substitute Fuji apples)
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1 tbs coarsely chopped walnuts, toasted
1. Combine mayo, sour cream, dill, vinegar, & salt in a medium bowl; stir well. Add turkey & 5 ingredients; toss gently to coat. Cover & chill.
