What in the world happened between Jennifer Aniston and John Meyer?? Did I miss something??
 I thought they were on the verge of an engagement??

I think he broke it off with her - according to my latest tabloid. Something to the affect of "I don't feel like wasting anyone's time or giving false hope" or something like that. Who knows...
