-The Premise: Former L.A. Law/NYPD Blue star Jimmy Smits returns to the regularly scheduled series grind as the immigrant heir to a family fortune, who must battle to keep his place in the South Florida rum and sugar trading business. The ensemble cast includes Nestor Carbonell (Suddenly Susan), Sam Carmen, Hector Elizondo, Lina Esco, Eddie Matos, Alona Tal, Michael Trevino and the multi-honored Rita Moreno.
