HOW does this happen?
I freakin' gained 4 lbs! GAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!!! I walked/jogged 4 miles this week, I climbed the stairs at work and I'm up 4 lbs today!

Maybe you burned fat and gained muscle. Muscle weighs more than fat does. Don't get discouraged, keep up the walking, it will pay off.

I bought a tape measure today - that's one thing I haven't done. I also haven't taken pics either - that's also something I plan on doing. And I am at a point where I really need to start toning - so I'll keep my fingers crossed that my working out is building muscle.
I did see someone today that I haven't seen in a few months and she was speechless when she saw me. That made me feel really good!

If your toning, you probably won't see any weight loss for a bit. BUT when you do, watch out, b/c your muscles will MELT that fat off of you!!!
 Weight training can be AWESOME!!Keep it up, Priscilla, you are doing wonderful!! I think we need to see some before and after pics, for sure!
