add up! Anyone making little changes?
I'm pushing the kids in the stroller to and from T's school instead of driving weather permitting, of course.
Instead of sitting on my butt outside while T plays, I ride my bike in circles and up and down the street. He usually chases me on his tricycle, so we both get exercise.
I'll push the kids in the stroller (or ride the bike when I get the pull-behind pod) to go visit my grandma instead of driving.
I'm parking far from the store instead of right at the front.
I also set up my elliptical and the recumbent bike so Mom and I can each exercise on the nights we can't go to the gym.
And, I'm REALLY trying to get back to only water. I've been 'splurging' by drinking diet Sprite a lot lately and even though it's diet, it's not good for me.
