Rachel's intake diary
I pledge to do the following:
1. Keep under 1800 cal
2. Exercise 3 times this week
3. Take my supplements or medications each day.
4. Drink at least THREE 20-oz bottles of water a day.
5. Eat all my vegetables - at least 3 cups a day.

Monday Jan 23rd~ Day 1 ~
Breakfast: Slimfast shake
Lunch: bk chicken sandwich and lima beans(2cups)
Dinner: chicken taco salad
Snacks: popcorn and chocolate
Water: 3 12 oz glasses
Exercise: none unless you count sex..hehehe
Tuesday Jan 24th~Day 2
Breakfast: slim fast shake
Lunch: lima beans and beef stew
Dinner: chicken fried steak with 2 cups of veggies
Snacks: 5 cookies
Water:4 12 oz glasses of water

Wednesday Jan 25th~ Day 3~
Breakfast: special k cereal
Lunch: chicken wrap
Dinner: chicken fried steak and lima beans
Snacks: 2 chocolate pieces
Water: 4 glasse sof water
Exercise:15 min
Thursday Jan 26th~ Day 4 ~
Breakfast: slimfast shake
Lunch: chicken fried steak and limas
Dinner:clam chowder
Snacks: 2 cookies
Water: 4 glasses of water

Friday Jan 27th~ Day 5 ~
Breakfast: shake
Lunch: tuna mac with peas and mushrooms
Dinner:stuffed chicken, salad. limas
Snacks: 2 cookies
Water: 4 glasses
Exercise: 20 min
Saturday Jan 28th ~ Day 6 ~
Breakfast: egg skillet meal
Lunch: ham and salad sandwich
Dinner: black forest ham with brocoilli, carrots and zucchine
Snacks: low cal chips
Water: 4 glasses
Exercise: danced to techno
