I , Polly, am on Atkins OWL. I pledge to keep myself cheat free for the next 7 days.
I pledge to do the following: (or add your own)
1. Keep under 50 g carbs per day.
2. Exercise 5 times this week, working up to burning 300 cal/day.
3. Take 225 mcg synthroid every day.
4. Drink at least THREE 20-oz bottles of water a day.
5. Eat all my vegetables - at least 3 cups a day.
6. I will not eat any junk food, only wholesome snacks.
7. Eat at least 3 meals a day and not go more then 6 waking hours without eating.
8. I will watch my portion sizes and use the palm of my hand as a guide.

Monday ~ Day 1 ~
Breakfast: coffee w/half & half and splenda (3g), 1 South Beach granola bar (9)
Lunch: sandwich on whole wheat no-sugar bread with ham and cheese (10g), broccoli w/brummel & brown, yum! (2g)
Dinner: chuck roast (0g), mixed veggies
Snacks: 2 T. peanut butter (6g), celery w/ranch dressing (3g)
Water: 56 oz
Exercise: 6 minutes on elliptical...groan
Supplements/Meds: synthroid
Vegetables: carrots, broccoli
Calorie, Carb, or Fat Intake: 32 g

Snacks: celery and peanut butter (4), low-sugar ice cream
Water: bad Polly!! Not enough, only 2 20-oz bottles :(

Lunch: tuna fish on wheat, some sun chips
Dinner: 2 ricotta balls, 2 small pieces of foccacia dipped in olive oil and herbs, 1 house salad with italian, chicken breast stuffed with prosciutto and mozzarella, green beans and squash, and a few bites of chocolate mousse pie (I tried to be good...we were at an italian restaurant and it was very hard!!!)
Snacks: nuts, whipped cream, and cheese
Water: 48 oz (bad bad!!)
Exercise: 11 minutes on the elliptical!

Supplements:
Vegetables: green beans, squash, and salad greens
Carb Intake: not sure...my guess is close to 100...yikes
