I , Karol, am counting calories and tracking fitness using the Spark People program (
www.sparkpeople.com). I pledge to keep myself cheat free for 7 days.
I pledge to do the following: (or add your own)
1. Keep in calorie range (1330-1680) each day.
2. Exercise 6 times this week, 4 cardio and 2 strength.
3. Take my supplements and medications each day.
4. Drink at least 80 oz of water a day.
5. Eat all my vegetables - at least 3 cups a day.
6. I will not eat any junk food that doesn't fit in my calorie range.
7. Eat at least 3 meals a day and not go more then 6 waking hours without eating.
8. I will watch my portion sizes and use the palm of my hand as a guide.

Monday ~ Day 1 ~
Breakfast: Quaker weight control oatmeal, Dannon light n fit with fiber yogurt, 2 cups coffee with 3 tsp of coffeemate creamer (265 cals)
Lunch: Lean Cuisine Chix w/ Basil cream sauce, half can green beans, 12 baby carrots, 2 tbsp Just 2 Good Ranch, 100 cal pack Chips Ahoy, sugar free jello (511 cals)
Dinner: Double Turkey burger, 1 cup broccoli (425 cals)
Snacks: 100 cal pack wheat thins (100 cals), string cheese and pineapple tidbits (150 cals), pria bar (170 cals)
Water: 100 oz
Exercise: run 2 miles (287 cals burned), yoga 45 min (242 cals burned)
Supplements: EPO (3x), vitex (3x), red raspberry tea (2x), B-100 complex, prenatal
Vegetables: 5 servings
Calorie Intake: 1,620 calories
Thoughts for the Day: I'm still hungry, but I will not cheat!

Snacks: 100 cal pack wheat thins (100 cals), string cheese and pineapple tidbits and half grapefruit (187 cals), popcorn (210 cals)

Exercise: NONE (my "rest" day)
Supplements: EPO (3x), vitex (3x), red raspberry tea (2x), B-100 complex, prenatal

Thoughts for the Day: I was SOOOO hungry after dinner I had to have popcorn, and it put me over cals *sigh* I'll try again tomorrow...
