Health Diaries - Template included!

This is a place to record your personal progress! You can use this as a daily food diary, excersise diary, picture progress, and other various health things worth journaling!

Keep in mind when posting pictures that this forum is visable to the public.

Keeping a food and excersise diary will be very beneficial for you to see exactly where all those calories are being spent. It will also be neat to look back on our diaries after we've reached our goals to see how far we've come!

Polly has found a great template that you can use if you like, which includes some great items to track daily! I will paste it below:
