Breakfast: Light Yogurt
Glass of water
Lunch: Roast beef sandwich on wheat, with 1 tsp mayo and mustard
Tomato soup (soup to go container)
16 oz water
Snack: 2 tbsp PB
4 saltine crackers
8 oz water
Dinner: 1 5 oz chicken breast
Salad with Rasp. Vin. dressing (2 tbsp)
10 baby carrots with 1 tbsp ranch dressing
1 serving Baked Lays, barbeque
4 oz Diet Cherry Coke
Exercise: 20 min elliptical
10 min recumbant bike
15 min weights, LE
2-3 glasses of water with dinner and with ex.
I'm trying to resist a snack right now. STOP ME!!
