9/19/07 Day 1
Breakfast: Light Yogurt
Glass of water
Lunch: Roast beef sandwich on wheat, with 1 tsp mayo and mustard
Tomato soup (soup to go container)
16 oz water
Snack: 2 tbsp PB
4 saltine crackers
8 oz water
Dinner: 1 5 oz chicken breast
Salad with Rasp. Vin. dressing (2 tbsp)
10 baby carrots with 1 tbsp ranch dressing
1 serving Baked Lays, barbeque
4 oz Diet Cherry Coke
Exercise: 20 min elliptical
10 min recumbant bike
15 min weights, LE
2-3 glasses of water with dinner and with ex.
I'm trying to resist a snack right now. STOP ME!!

Pre lunch (10:30 am)
1 small onion bagel
4 slices roast beef, thin
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp mayo
After lunch time (1:30 pm)
1 3oz chicken breast
2 c salad
2 tbsp Sun Dried Tomato dressing
4 baby carrots
1 tbsp ranch dressing
Snack: 1 oz pepper jack cheese (ooh, I'm SO HUNGRY!!)
1 serving mixed nuts
Dinner: 4 oz teriyaki salmon
1 cup tomato/zucchini sautee
1/2 cup rice, white
1 yogurt, apple

Eat some more protein Jenny to stave off the hunger bear! You shouldn't have to be hungry to lose weight. And keep drinking that water

I know, I need more protein-I didn't have time to make a better breakfast this AM.
I think I'm going to boil a 1/2 dozen eggs and leave them in my fridge
I can always grab an egg--and Kirra can have egg salad

Breakfast: bowl of oatmeal with milk and 1 tsp brown sugar
1 small sausage link
1 cup coffee with 2 tbsp milk
Lunch: 1 1/2 c. stuffed peppers
3 oz nuts (snack)
1 oz pepper jack cheese
Snack: 1/2 piece of bread
2 tbsp PB
Dinner: Chicken parmesan, 1 1/2 pieces
1 cup pasta with marinara sauce
Ex: Run 1.13 miles, walk .67 miles

salad with Rasp vin dressing
broccoli with 1 tsp butter
Ex: brisk walking, 1 mile

6 cracker, low fat
1 string cheese, colby jack
Snack: 6 oz yogurt
2 oz nuts
2 oz cheese, pepper jack
Dinner: Turkey/ham sub from subway with pepper jack cheese, honey mustard, veggies
Baked Lays, cheddar
1 c milk
Snack? Diet Sunkist orange soda
Ex: 20 min elliptical
7 min run at 5.0 mph

1 tbsp protein powder
Snack: 1 oz peanuts
Lunch: 1/2 pita
chicken breast, sliced
1 tsp mayo
1 chicken noodle soup at hand
snack: 10 baby carrots
1 tbsp ranch dressing
1 oz pepper jack cheese
Dinner: 1 4 oz chicken breast, grilled
1 c mashed potatoes (1 tbsp sr cream, garlic)
broccoli with margarine 1 tsp.
1/2 cup noodles
