How To Properly Snag a Blinky

Anytime you have an image made for you by any member of MLB, please remember to host it yourself. NO DIRECT LINKING!!

To save and host your images:

Right click on your image and select 'save picture as'

Select the location you want to save your image to on your computer and select 'save'

Once you have your image saved, you need to host it. If you do not already have a membership with a hosting site, Image hosting, free photo sharing & video sharing at Photobucket is a great one to use- and it's free! Also, MLB Supporting members have access to our MLB image hosting service.

The hosting site will have a 'browse' button that will allow you to select from all of your saved files you have on your computer.

Select your image and tell it to upload.

Once your image uploads, you need to copy the code and put it into your siggy.

The code you want to use is the one that has [img] before the url and [/img] after it (usually labeled "BBCode").

Copy that code and come here to your user control panel.

Paste the code into your siggy by going to the edit signature feature.

Once you have your image code entered and arranged how you want it, you can preview it. Once you are satisfied, save your siggy.

Please remember that if you use your image at any site other than MLB, you need to link it to http://www.mylittlebean.com/forums/

I have a question for you. I have added a blinkie to my profile for another web site using your instructions, however, I am not sure what you mean by 'linking" the picture to this web site, because I have added that website to display under my blinkie, is that what you mean?

You can either do that or make the blinkie "clickable"
