Which would you rather have?
 No wonder our clothes get more and more loose (inches) and yet the scale doesn't change as much as we'd like. Makes sense after seeing how much larger 5lbs of fat is, doesn't it?

That was actually encouraging! My clothes are falling off, but the scale has only gone down 4 lbs. Of course, my exercise routine is now at a screeching halt until I can walk again!
