You know....that's just weird to me. I don't think I would eat that ice cream. First, the screening that would need to take place for the women providing that milk...would it be feasible? Not to mention the difference in supply would make it more expensive, I would think. Sorry, I'm not paying more for my ice cream.
I can see encouraging Ben and Jerry's to use milk from cows that are treated humanely and where the calves and Mama cows are teated well. I just don't see human milk as a reasonable alternative. But maybe that's just the take from a mom who struggles to pump a decent amount to even feed her own child.
