Yeah, I read that the biggest thing that is going to nail whoever sold them is that she's a minor. Seriously, how SICK is that that someone would snag her BF photos and then try to sell them so people can see a 17 year olds boob.
But, I have to agree, what kind of a bonehead takes those kind of pics to be developed at a Wal*Mart of a celebrity. DUH
I'm sure Wal*Mart will get sued over this, which they SHOULD, and hopefully whoever has the pics or sends them around will pay big time.
