Oh, I don't think the fact that they were a celebrity gives the person any right. I totally agree that the person had no right and should be punished as harshly as possible...I hope they slap him with the federal child pornography charges if they can.
I'm just saying that, whether he knew the breastfeeding pictures were on there or not, he knew his wife and her sister are both VERY sought after targets by crappy people looking for a pic and he could have found some place slightly more guarded and secure than the Walmart photo center. I'm not saying it's his fault that this happened--that's purely the sicko who steals other people's personal pictures to sell--I'm just saying there are common sense precautions that could have been taken, given his family's situation. It may not have prevented it, but the steps would have been taken to at least make it harder.
He shouldn't HAVE to think of things like that, but that's the reality of their situation.
