Yeah "they" say you should hydrate every 15 min or so if I remember right. I ran a marathon with Team In Training (very slowly but I finished LOL) and they really recommended hydration with gatorade type liquid as well as water (you will need the salt) and they even served pretzels and gummy bears and such at aid stations every 3 miles or so. I had no clue about all that stuff. I liked the coffee flavor gel stuff I think it was by the power bar company. I didn't care for the fruit flavored ones. When's the half? You will feel so great when you finish!!
