I just ran 9 miles..
and I feel ill  I didn't eat much today, which doesn't help. I had 2 hard boiled eggs and a yogurt. 9 miles is friggin' long. Do I really want to do this 1/2 marathon???
On the bright side, I only walked about .5 miles, and I did it all in a little over 90 minutes. My legs hurt and I want to puke!
2 more weeks until this damn thing is over! Next week I have to run 10!!
