My only goal is to tone up my thighs/ass b/c I will be chasing around 2 toddlers all summer at my parents pool and do NOT need to have my cellulite showcased.
I hate gyms, I hate exercise classes (except for yoga) and I don't have time to do any of them anyway since I work 9 hours a day and have 2 19 month old children (and 1 40 year old

). I figured running would get me out in the fresh air, allow me a little "me" time with my music, and would get my lower body more toned! I live along the coast, so my route is near the water in my neighborhood. There are SO many running paths along the beaches here, I can't wait to be able to go run them - there is NOTHING like the ocean air!!
I am not dieting or doing anything else, as I'm not trying to lose weight. We'll see if I decide to join in on any local races

I don't want to get to ahead of myself.
