That is 100% not your fault. You did NOT kill her, things happen all the time that YOU cannot control. I feel that God is an opportunist. He needed your Grandma back in his house at that time and saw an opportunity and ran with it. We all have our time to go and many of us have strange or uncomfortable deaths and in the case of accidents or the strange ones, I think that God was just using the surroundings to get people back to his house. Don't be hard on yourself...you didn't do anything wrong.
