Breakfast: Yogurt smoothie: 1/2 c frozen strawberries
1/2 c lowfat vanilla yogurt
1/4 c oj and 1/4 c milk
1 tbsp protein powder
Snack: 1 oz peanuts
Lunch: 1/2 pita
chicken breast, sliced
1 tsp mayo
1 chicken noodle soup at hand
snack: 10 baby carrots
1 tbsp ranch dressing
1 oz pepper jack cheese
Dinner: 1 4 oz chicken breast, grilled
1 c mashed potatoes (1 tbsp sr cream, garlic)
broccoli with margarine 1 tsp.
1/2 cup noodles
Dessert: 1 York Peppermint Patty
Ex: 20 min elliptical
10 min run at 5.0
