Breakfast: oatmeal with milk and brown sugar

1/2 c oj
Lunch: crab salad with 1 tbsp mayo, 1 tbsp light sr cream, celery
6 cracker, low fat
1 string cheese, colby jack
Snack: 6 oz yogurt
2 oz nuts
2 oz cheese, pepper jack
Dinner: Turkey/ham sub from subway with pepper jack cheese, honey mustard, veggies
Baked Lays, cheddar
1 c milk
Snack? Diet Sunkist orange soda
Ex: 20 min elliptical
7 min run at 5.0 mph
