Breakfast: Oatmeal w/ milk and 1 tsp brown sugar
1 cup coffee with 1 tbsp milk
2 slices of bacon
Lunch: 1 large chicken breast
1 6 oz yogurt
Snack: 2 oz nuts
Dinner: 4 oz flank steak
salad with Rasp vin dressing
broccoli with 1 tsp butter
Ex: brisk walking, 1 mile
