Breakfast: bowl of oatmeal with milk and 1 tsp brown sugar
1 small sausage link
1 cup coffee with 2 tbsp milk
Lunch: 1 1/2 c. stuffed peppers
3 oz nuts (snack)
1 oz pepper jack cheese
Snack: 1/2 piece of bread
2 tbsp PB
Dinner: Chicken parmesan, 1 1/2 pieces
1 cup pasta with marinara sauce
Ex: Run 1.13 miles, walk .67 miles
