1 small onion bagel
4 slices roast beef, thin
1 tsp mustard
1 tsp mayo
After lunch time (1:30 pm)
1 3oz chicken breast
2 c salad
2 tbsp Sun Dried Tomato dressing
4 baby carrots
1 tbsp ranch dressing
Snack: 1 oz pepper jack cheese (ooh, I'm SO HUNGRY!!)
1 serving mixed nuts
Dinner: 4 oz teriyaki salmon
1 cup tomato/zucchini sautee
1/2 cup rice, white
1 yogurt, apple
