Ok, I don't know why, but when I download it to photobucket it is smaller and won't blink.
It looks like the thumbnail...
I actually clicked on it and saved the one that is blinking, and when I pull it from my computer to photobucket, it is blinking until it loads it up. I don't know if it me doing something wrong or photobucket..
