I was a scheduled csection at 38 weeks 3 days. I was diabetic prior to pregnancy, so that wasn't a complication, but it was harder to control my sugars during the pregnancy. I had light duty, not bedrest really. I knew when my body needed to rest. I laid down if I started getting "crampy" feeling. With my singleton I gained 17 pounds, with the twins 32.

UPDATE: Matthew diagnosed with Spastic CP 7-6-07,
Michael diagnosed with hemophilia B 8-06.
Brandon diagnosed with hemophilia B when he was 3.
