Well, we did IVF (3rd attempt) and put back 2 embies. Since it hadn't worked previously we were hoping for just 1 embie to stick. When I got my first beta and it was 1850 we pretty much knew before the ultrasound that we were most likely having twins
But NOTHING was better than seeing those 2 heartbeats on the first ultrasound at 6w3d
It was almost one year ago exactly - my first u/s was on 3-14-2006.
