Week July 16-22
My 1st Goal is to break the plateau where I've been stuck since before I got preg with T.
How I'm gonna do it - hit the gym minimum 3x a week.
Up my cardio to minimum 4x a week.
Ramp up on the protein - cut out unnecessary carbs.

18 mins elliptical
45ish upper body weight training + core
7/18
15 mins elliptical
45ish lower body weight training + core
1 hour walk/jog w/ T in stroller
7/19
18 mins elliptical
30ish upper body weight training
7/20
25 mins elliptical
30 lower body w.t. + core
