I'm on my way!

Went to the gym today for the first time. We did 20 mins card and then 40 mins weight training. My g/f and I have a plan to walk w/ the kids every evening after they eat and hit the gym M W and F so far.

20 Elliptical
40 Weights
Walked/Jogged w/ T in stroller 45 mins

6/23
Walked/Jogged w/ T in stroller 40 mins

6/26
30 mins stroller walk

6/28
40 mins stroller walk
crunches / pushups

6/29
1 hour weight training

So, I totally bombed while on vacation, but we did walk quite a bit.

1 mile down/up the crater w/ stroller

40 mins walk/job

1 mile down then up the crater w/ stroller

1 mile down then up the crater w/ stroller

18 mins elliptical
45ish upper body weight training + core

15 mins elliptical
45ish lower body weight training + core
1 hour walk/jog w/ T in stroller
