Jenny do you have time to make fruit shakes in the morning before work? If so, add some whey protein to your fruit shake. I did it when I was on WW and it worked out well, I also ate every 2 to 3 hours, and that really helped me to lose the weight. In my shakes I used 1% milk, usually frozen mixed berries and whey protein. It worked out fabulous! Also keep that water handy, you know it does wonder not just for your wieght loss, but your skin too!
