Instructions:
To Prepare FertiliTea: Use 1 teaspoon herb to 1 cup water. Bring water to a boil, remove from heat, strain tea and enjoy. Drink 2-3 cups each day throughout your monthly cycle until pregnancy is achieved.
Discontinue Use Once Pregnancy Is Achieved: Vitex is not generally recommended during pregnancy. As such, the makers of FertiliTea recommend that you do not drink FertiliTea once pregnancy has been achieved.
